If you are currently subscribed to a paid plan and want to upgrade to a higher plan, you can do this from your account menu. Navigate to your user dropdown menu: Payment -> Plans , then choose the plan you want to upgrade to, for example Max .
The amount already paid for your current subscription will be recalculated proportionally and converted into days on the new plan. You do not need to pay the difference separately at the moment of upgrade — your remaining subscription balance will be converted into the new plan duration.
Please note: if you have less than 5 days remaining on your current subscription, automatic conversion may not be available. In that case, you may be asked to make a new payment, while the remaining value of your current subscription will be moved to your account balance for future purchases. If this happens, you may prefer to wait until your current subscription ends and then purchase the new plan directly.
Legacy plans such as Professional and Professional+ remain available only to users who subscribed to them before these plans were archived.
If you later want to downgrade to another plan, the process may not be automatic. In this case, please contact support.
