Думаю, что не коснется. А вообще, неплохо было бы узнать, что там за изменения в законодательстве.. Может, Винта89 попросим, он там с англоязычными арбитражными трейдерами общается, вдруг чего скажут? А то в Британии чего-нибудь с 1 октября в силу вступит, а мы ни сном ни духом :) Как известно, финансовый год на Западе начинается именно 1 октября, все бюджеты и прочее..
